Long time customer and I was sent a bad Epicuren herbal cleanser, the formula was extremely off. When I attempted to return it unopened and sealed I received attic from skincare by Alana. Terrible customer service experience despite being a long time customer who never returned any items. They lost a customer and I’ve inundated with survey emails from them even though I unsubscribed. STOP SENDING ME EMAILS PLEASE!
