Have used it for several years…along with 3or 4 other RA skin care products.. but this last order in July the RA-Ultra Hydration I could not get to pump… your customer service advised me to Turn upside down & pump 20-30 times…still did not work…. I called customer service last Thursday & They agreed to mail a replacement With a ret label for original bottle…
